Boarding Reservations.... Payment Policy Boarding Policies For all boarding reservations, we require a credit card number or a $25.00 cash deposit to secure all reservations. We have re-instated our 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you cancel your reservation, your credit card will be charged a $25.00 cancellation/no-show fee. All reservations will be given a confirmation number and all cancellations will be given a cancellation number. We require all reservations to be made prior to any animals being dropped off. Please call anytime during our business hours to make a reservation or to check availability. We do not begin a wait list until our Mill Run Location is full as well. If your pet has not been seen here before, or if you go elsewhere for vaccinations, we do require you to provide us with the current vaccination records prior to the arrival date. We require Distemper, Bordatella and Rabies for Dogs, Distemper, Leukemia and Rabies for cats. Please bring all medications in their original container. We will record all instructions at the time of drop off. Feel free to bring any toys, treats or personal items for your pet to make his/her stay more comfortable. Do make sure we record all your belongings at the time of drop off. We supply a fleece pad to all of our guests. If needed you may bring your own bedding, but please be advised personal bedding can become soiled or can become misplaced in the process of cleaning. Large dog beds most likely will not be able to be washed. If you drop your pet off prior to 1:00pm, you are charged until 1:00 on the day of pick up. If you drop your pet off before 1:00pm and pick up after 1:00pm you are charged for the drop off day as well as the pick up day. The exception is if your pet is scheduled for grooming or a bath on the day of pick up. If your pet is boarding Saturday to Sunday only it would be a one day fee. You are able to pick your pet up at any time during office business hours only. We strive to provide the best care and compassion for your pets. If at any time we have the need for special or emergency treatments while your pet is boarding with us, we will first attempt to make contact with your emergency number to inform them of the situation. If your pet gets ill while here and it is not an emergency our veterinary staff will treat medically to keep him/her comfortable. You will have the opportunity to agree or disagree to this at the time of drop off. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policies to provide a fair and timely service to all. If you would like to expedite the check in process, please fill out the pre-check in form that is below and give it to the receptionist upon you arrival. There will be a boarding agreement for you to sign at the time of check-in. During busy times (summer months and holidays) we recommend that you make grooming or bathing appointments well in advance since these services do book well in advance. We appreciate your business and hope your pet has a wonderful time in our "hotel".
The modern new facility offers indoor-outdoor runs in a climate controlled environment, all under roof. The suites are brightly painted and skylights provide natural lighting. The simulated park area gives the feeling of outdoors with many plants and trees.
